Contact/Quote/Order Forms

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us. This data may include personal information such as your name, contact information, and any other details provided during the completion of these forms. This information is utilized for customer service purposes only, and not for marketing purposes.

We may also collect data necessary to process your payment if you make purchases, such as your payment instrument number, and the security code associated with your payment instrument.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. Media
